Fear not, Mr. James. You are not speaking to yourself...we are here...we are here. Can you hear us? Although we have heard it said that speaking to us is like speaking to a wall, didn't catch the fellows name. We love your blogs! Attempted humor aside...it is a rare treat to read an accomplished, interesting, world traveler and runner who gives so much insight, experience and usefull tips to us novices. We are knocking the mud from our keds and are ready to run. Since you are our only inspiration....you better be good. Thanks, Mal, and we are looking forward to getting into the new running routine with you, exercise, diet...the works.

Mal,
While we are waiting for your poor toe to heal up and actually start running with you via your blog...what exercises or routine would you suggest I get started on before we start the real running. We walk a lot and we do low impact aerobics now. Is that enough? Thanks Mal...I am in competition with my roomie. Can't let her get ahead of me. Hope she doesn't read your answer.

Just another note to let you know someone is reading.

I like comments at my blog too. It is nice to know there are others out there seeing the words.
